my background…
I have worked in account management or customer service my entire career. I started out working as an account manager for a startup company that processed mailing lists to optimize delivery. Accuracy was everything. Deadlines were critical. Sometimes I had to ruffle a few feathers in our operations team to get something done, but I did it because it was the right thing to do for my clients.
When my husband and I relocated to Kansas City in 1997, I managed key accounts and customer service for a janitorial service company. Nothing teaches you more about customer service and customer satisfaction than ensuring that commercial buildings make the right impression everyday.
my approach…
I love the lake. And I love working with people. Simply stated, I do my best everyday to under promise and over deliver. And I make the experience fun. I fiercely represent my clients and do everything I can to not only fulfill their expectations, but to exceed them. Nothing makes me happier than finding the perfect lake place, and putting together the best deal that serves my clients best interests.
my philosophy…
Defend what is right. Change what is wrong. Easier said than done, but this is what drives me everyday. I take personal responsibility to support activities that improve our lake and the surrounding towns because I see the lake becoming an even more popular vacation destination and second home community in the years ahead. And when I see something that adversely affects lake homeowners, I also take action. Like exposing unfair building codes, inflated appraisals or fraudulent mortgages. Because protecting property values at the lake is so critical to its future growth and development.

You won't find it here. I didn’t set out to repeat the old fashioned, same as everybody else approach to real estate at the lake. It doesn’t matter to me what you look like…so I figured it doesn’t matter to potential clients what I look like. What matters is bringing you value...whether you are buying or selling.
